Suspension Training

With the versatility of TRX Suspension Training® you'll have a portable fitness solution to train clients in any setting. You'll learn how to properly perform and cue foundational Suspension Training exercises as well as the benefits and target muscles of the exercises. Learn modifications and progressions to adapt the exercises to every fitness level 1.

Functional Training

Participants will learn to how to leverage TRX's movement based training approach on the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer to teach Foundational Movements and progressions and then apply to a variety of training equipment. Beyond Suspension Training and Rip Training, these other modalities may include: Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, DVRT Ultimate Sandbags, Battling Ropes and Bands.

Rip Training

Learn to progress and regress Rip Training movements for clients of all levels. Participants also learn how to use the Rip Trainer to deliver a dynamic total-body workout so they can integrate it into client training programs.

Group Training

Continue your TRX Education Journey- Expand your marketability and master group coaching techniques in this hands-on eight-hour course. Building on the foundational suspension training knowledge from prior courses, you will continue to advance your coaching skills to effectively lead group training programs. You will learn how to lead and modify two group suspension training workouts that can be used in any personal training, and small or large group training sessions; TRX Fit & TRX Strong.

Sports Medicine Suspension Training

This course takes your TRX Suspension Training education to the next level. You will deep dive into foundational movements and learn techniques to make them appropriate for different client scenarios. You'll learn how to incorporate Suspension Training exercises into your client's pre-hab or post-rehab programs to build strength and reduce the chance of injuries.

Bosu Personal Training Certification Course

The BOSU® Personal Training Certification teaches you a unique system for incorporating strength, cardio, core, balance and agility into one full body workout with the BOSU® Balance Trainer and other BOSU® equipment. This training will give you the theory and science behind functional training, as well as new and exciting BOSU® exercises that can be used for one-on-one personal training or small group settings. Learn how to coach a full workout consisting of 6 triplexes that focus on different components of fitness, as well as progressions and regressions for all levels.

Trigger Point Course

TRIGGER POINT COURSES
Trigger Point Performance uses Myofascial Compression™ Techniques (MCT) as its therapy methodology and has created education programs to help users learn how to effectively employ this method. The education includes well-defined step-by-step approaches to MCT for some of the human body's key “trigger point” areas, which in turn makes it easy for users to learn and do.
