Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes – and the amount deposited varies across different types of equipment.

When will I get back my deposit?

At the end of your leasing period. During collection of the equipment, an inspection will be conducted. Should the equipment be in working order, a full refund of the deposit will be credited to your account.

Who maintains my equipment?

The ongoing service, maintenance, and repair of the equipment is our responsibility. Just give a call to our technical helpdesk (+65 6846 7666), should you encounter any problems with the equipment.

Can I buy the equipment at the end of my contract term?

Yes. Kindly contact our sales hotline at 6846 7666 or email to enquiries@f1-recreation.com.sg – One of our gym product specialists will be able to advise you.

What do I do at the end of my leasing period?

We will contact you about one month before the end of your leasing term to set a collection date, or discuss other possibilities.
