The small Mini Stability Ball™ will have a big impact on your workout and posture! Use this wonder prop to up muscle activation in sitting, standing or lying exercises that target arms, tummy, buns and thighs. By bringing instability to your movements, you’ll switch on your deep stabilizing muscles, firing up the core while demonstrating the gaps in your form. Note, Mini Stability Balls are subject to a size variance of .59 in (1.5 cm) depending on inflation and manufacturing. We recommend inflating to your preferred level of firmness and intended use. A slightly deflated ball provides more stability whereas a firmer ball makes for a more challenging workout.
