Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes – and the amount deposited varies across different types of equipment.

When will I get back my deposit?

At the end of your leasing period. During collection of the equipment, an inspection will be conducted. Should the equipment be in working order, a full refund of the deposit will be credited to your account within 14 working days.

What if there's something wrong with my equipment?

Item(s) identified as faulty after delivery shall be subject to a maximum of two (2) service visits for the purpose of assessing and determining the nature of the fault. In the event the item(s) are deemed irreparable following these visits, the Company shall arrange for a replacement to be delivered to the Customer. The rental period shall be extended accordingly to compensate for any downtime resulting from the fault.

Can I buy the equipment at the end of my contract term?

What do I do at the end of my leasing period?

We will contact you about one month before the end of your leasing term to set a collection date, or discuss other possibilities.
