INSTRUCTIONS
- Order number and details must be emailed to enquiries@f1-recreation.com.sg or presented upon physical return.
- Return of non-faulty item(s) must include its original packaging.
- All item(s) will be inspected on return and the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning/exchanging for non-faulty item(s) to us (i.e shipping).
- We will only refund to your credit card account instead of issuing funds directly to you.

STEPS ON HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
STEPS TO RETURN & REFUND:
(Faulty item, wrong item etc)
- Step 1: Email us at enquiries@f1-recreation.com.sg with your order number and details. Do indicate the reason why you are returning the item(s).
- Step 2: Arrange for delivery to the following address: 20 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City #01-57 Singapore 573968 or walk in to 20 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City #01-57 Singapore 573968 | Opening hours: Monday – Thursday: 10am – 6pm Friday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
- Step 3: We will send a follow up email upon receiving the product to confirm the return & refund.
- Refund Process:
- Customer can request for a full refund if the fitness accessories are checked to be faulty and are in the condition where is irreparable. (within 7 working days after the item has been delivered)
- We will only issue a refund for any return of non-faulty item(s), that is in its original packaging and condition.
- For fitness equipment, please note that there will be no refund once the equipment have been delivered and used.
- Details of the refund process will be provided in the follow up email. For walk in customers, it will be processed to your credit card over the counter.
- The duration period for the refund to take place will be within 14 to 21 working days.
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty item(s) that have been purchased individually.
- Shipping will not be refunded if there are other item(s) listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned or for non-faulty item(s).
STEPS TO EXCHANGE:
(Faulty item, wrong size, weight, bought the wrong item)
- Step 1: Email us at enquiries@f1-recreation.com.sg with your order number and details. Do indicate the reason why you are exchanging the item(s).

- Step 3: We will send a follow up email upon receiving the product to confirm the exchange.
- Exchange Process:
- Accessories: Item(s) that are checked to be faulty and are in the condition where is irreparable, will be exchanged and a new set will be mailed out. For walk-in customers, we will do a 1-to-1 exchange over the counter.
- Equipment: Item(s) that are checked to be faulty after 2 service visits, and are in the condition where is irreparable, will be exchanged and a new set will be delivered.
- For exchange of non-faulty item(s), we will need you to first purchase the item(s) that you would like to exchange with online. You can walk in to do the exchange or request for a delivery. A refund will be issued to you upon receiving back the exchanged item(s). Do ensure that the item(s) is in its original packaging and condition.
- Item(s) must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty item(s) that have been purchased individually.
- Shipping will not be refunded if there are other item(s) listed on the invoice when a faulty item(s) is returned.
- If you decide to exchange via mail, we will cover the shipping cost of returned item(s) that are faulty.
- For exchange of non-faulty item(s), we will not cover or refund any shipping charges
