Transitions between exercises are quick and easy with 3 convenient cable heights (low, mid, and high). The Six-Pak Trainer features “free-flow” handles and a 360-degree rotating bench providing unlimited functional and strength training exercise capabilities. Simply grab the low, mid, or high pulley handles, and pull the yellow pop-pin to make seamless bench adjustments. The compact design (easily fits on a 3 foot x 4 foot mat) makes the Six-Pak Functional Trainer (SPT-6X) ideal for those interested in full body functional resistance training without sacrificing a ton of space. Includes 200 lbs. steel weight stack with full length protective steel weight shield, and a Home Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser when only used in a home environment.
