These provisions serve as guidelines for pricing, delivery logistics, payment schedules, and associated surcharges.

• All prices are in SGD and inclusive of prevailing GST.
• Delivery surcharge of S$200 (before GST) applies to orders below S$2,000.
• Delivery lead time: Some items are available ex stock at time of order; otherwise 16–20wks from order confirmation (for non-stock items)

• 100% upon receipt of order confirmation
• Overdue payments will incur 2% monthly interest + S$150.00 administrative fee.
• Quotation validity: 30 days (prevailing GST will be applied upon invoice issuance)

• A S$500 administrative surcharge applies for delivery rescheduling with less than 2 wks’ notice.
• If the site is not ready for delivery without prior notice, a S$500 surcharge will be incurred.
• Rescheduling is subject to F1 Recreation’s delivery availability, typically 4-6 wks after the original date.

• Extended storage of ordered goods beyond 45 days from the confirmed delivery date will incur a warehouse surcharge of S$3.00/ sqft/ mth.
• Deliveries outside of standard operating hours (Mon-Fri; 9AM – 6PM; excluding Eve & Public Holidays) are subject to additional charges: (after 6PM) will incur a 50% surcharge on the base delivery fee (labour only).
• All treadmill and cardiovascular equipment must have a minimum clearance of 2 meters at the rear and 0.5 meters on both the left and right sides to ensure safety, accessibility, and compliance with standard installation guidelines.
