The Rotational Diskboard^™ offers both horizontal and vertical mounting slots to accommodate a variety of foot placement options. Mount the disks individually to create an asymmetrical stance that targets hip and shoulder rotation in flexion and extension, adduction and abduction or multiple combinations.

Ideal for rehabilitation or clients with limited range of motion, and to target deep stabilizing muscles in shoulders and hips.

Includes two 10 in (25.4 cm) diameter Disks. 12 in (30.5 cm) diameter Disks also available for clients with larger feet

DELIVERY OF FITNESS ACCESSORIES:

Our delivery fees are calculated according to the weight of your order. Your order will be delivered within 5 working days or earlier (excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays). You may also opt for a self-pickup at checkout.

Orders under 20kg (0.1kg – 19kg): $10

Orders under 30kg (20 – 29kg): $20

Orders above 30kg: $30
