The Arc Barrel features a gentle curve that helps decompress and lengthen the spine. It can be used during matwork to increase challenge or offer support during exercises, and it’s a great tool to assist rehab clients. The dense EVA foam cushioning provides optimal comfort and proprioceptive feedback.
The Arc Barrel is also light-weighted and portable, making it easier for you to move it around. If you want to exercise your upper and lower body with hundreds of exercises including leg lips and roll-ups, this equipment is perfect for you. It can also be used on the Cadillac or Raised Mat.
