The Jumpboard provides a firm, padded jumping surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement for plyometric and aerobic exercise. Expand your repertoire and train your core and lower or upper body by combining this accessory with the spring resistance of your Reformer.
It can be used for footwork as a flat secure surface to create stability through lower extremity joints. The Jumpboard is also proven to have a durability and continuous safety through high-intensity use.
